I really find this convenient for me as well as at Drs appts. I have a mossy mean I'll steak a week b4 arrival.time,at times I feel as if I'm losing my composure. N low n behold I'll look and see is my week before. So I can emotionally feel at ease that is not my mind, it's my hormones that are crazy. Lol
